📛 RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 📛
❌CANCELLING: Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

✅RETURN POLICY: We confidently stand behind the quality of our products. If any problems arise from our side, we will handle them by providing a free replacement and there will be no need to return the received item.
1. Item received is defective/damaged/broken/does not work properly.
2. Item received is different from the description or the product customization information,

🚫 Please note that we do NOT ACCEPT returns or offer refunds for customer errors such as:
1. Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.
2. Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.
3. Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
4. Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer's handling.

We use USPS, UPS, and jtexpress to deliver the product.
3. HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Order handling time is 1 – 2 business days (Mon to Fri).
 The order cut-off time will be 7pm. Eastern Time (US & Canada)
4. Transit Time
In general, Standard shipments are in transit for7-8 days 
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business days of payment of the order
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
6. Change of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@diytree.com
7. Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
8. Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
