We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days of your delivery date. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required.

  • For damaged or defective items, photo evidence may be requested before proceeding.

Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees and discounts are not refundable.


🔄 Custom, Clearance & Final Sale Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.

  • Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty.

If your custom item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.


📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives with damage (e.g., holes, torn seams, incorrect design), please contact us with supporting photos. We will provide:

  • replacement item at no cost, or

  • full refund, and if needed, a pre-paid return label.


🚚 Shipping & Address Changes

  • Orders are shipped using the address provided at checkout. Please double-check for accuracy.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.

  • Returned items due to an incorrect address may be re-shipped at your expense.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or a shipping error occurred.


⏰ Return Timeline & Processing

  • All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • We do not accept returns after this period.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.


❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider — processing times may vary.

🎁 Gifts

  • If marked as a gift at purchase, you’ll receive store credit for the return.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


📌 Coupon Policy

  • Coupons and promo codes can only be applied to new orders.

  • They cannot be used retroactively on past purchases.
